An information session of the Ukrainian Red Cross Tracing Service was held in Kharkiv to support the families of servicemen who are missing
During the first part of the meeting, participants were informed about the activities of government agencies involved in the search process and the standards for identifying deceased individuals. In the second part, individual consultations were conducted in a question-and-answer format.
A volunteer from the Kharkiv regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross, who specialises in restoring family links, held one-on-one conversations with the attending families to assess their needs for inclusion in the register of humanitarian aid recipients. The event also featured partners from the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, representatives from the National Police of Ukraine, the Eastern Centre of the Coordination Headquarters, the Office for Missing Persons in Special Circumstances, and a forensic expert.
