A Series of Training Sessions on Psychological First Aid and Psychosocial Support for the State Labour Service of Ukraine
A regular training session for inspectors of the State Labour Service of Ukraine in the Volyn region was held in Lutsk.
During the training, participants learned more about:
- the impact of employee well-being on labour productivity;
- psychosocial support for employees at enterprises;
- reactions to crisis events and components of psychological first aid;
- the three action principles of LLL (‘Look, Listen, Link’).
The participants also practised psychological first aid skills, engaged in mental health advocacy in the workplace, and recognised the importance of caring for their team and themselves.
Throughout the year, the Ukrainian Red Cross conducts training sessions for representatives of the State Labour Service of Ukraine nationwide to enhance their effectiveness and improve their emergency response capabilities. This activity is implemented under the EU4Health programme with the support of the European Commission.
