The Chernivtsi regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross team joined the ‘How Are You?’ Mental Health Day

The ‘How are you?’ Mental Health Day was organised by the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration in cooperation with the Coordination Centre for Mental Health under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The team of the Chernivtsi regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross joined the event. 

Volunteers engaged visitors by presenting our activities, including mental health and psychosocial support and youth education initiatives. Additionally, our instructor conducted a master class on first aid skills, with emergency response team volunteers participating in a simulation exercise to assist a person suffering from sunstroke.
