According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the attack shattered windows in residential buildings and garages.

  • Kharkiv: The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Kharkiv region, in coordination with other rescue services, searched damaged buildings for victims and provided urgent first aid and psychological first aid.
