Reboot Programme Teams from Across Ukraine Gather for Tenth Coordination Meeting

Specialists from twelve regions of Ukraine came together in Ternopil for the tenth Reboot Programme coordination meeting. They reviewed 2025 results, shared experiences, and highlighted successful regional initiatives, while setting priorities for 2026 with a focus on sustainability and integrating the programme as a social service.

Key priorities include engaging volunteers, strengthening ties with Ukrainian Red Cross social services and community centres, expanding national and regional fundraising, and increasing collaboration with the private sector.

Teams finalised the 2026 training course catalogue and began procurement procedures. Courses include 3D modelling and printing, farming, electronics assembly and maintenance, and — for the first time — tractor training, already attracting female participants.

The meeting celebrated team achievements. Mykolaiv, with the highest participant numbers, received a commendation from the city mayor; Khmelnytskyi was recognised by the regional administration and Volunteer Council; Vinnytsia received awards from social partners and the regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross for its outstanding contribution to the programme and community support.

Two new regional teams from Dnipro and Odesa joined the meeting for the first time. Participants also took part in sessions on media communications and sensitive engagement with veterans and their families.

The tenth meeting strengthened regional collaboration, inspired new ideas, and reinforced the programme’s core mission: supporting people and communities. As one participant said:

“If even one person has had the chance to improve their well‑being, we will keep going.”
