Yesterday, a delegation from the British Embassy, led by His Majesty’s Ambassador to Ukraine, Martin Harris, visited the office of the Chernivtsi regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross

During the meeting, the parties discussed assistance for people affected by the war in Ukraine, including support for families who have lost contact with their relatives. Mr Harris reaffirmed the UK’s ongoing support for Ukraine and the Ukrainian Red Cross.

In turn, the Ukrainian Red Cross team expressed gratitude to its partners for their consistent support of the organisation’s efforts to help Ukrainians during the full-scale invasion.
