The Ukrainian Red Cross continues to expand its mine action activities

During a monitoring visit to the Vinnytsia region, Svitlana Avramenko, Head of the Humanitarian Access and Protection Department and Advisor to the Director General of the Ukrainian Red Cross, presented 3D information stands to the regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross. These models will be used to educate the public about safe behaviour in areas contaminated with explosive ordnance.

The development of this initiative is vital for all regions of Ukraine, as many still face threats from mines and explosive remnants of war.
