The Ukrainian Red Cross conducts training sessions to prepare regional disaster management specialists

The purpose of the training was to equip Ukrainian Red Cross staff with the knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively to emergencies and provide timely assistance to the population. The training gathered participants from the Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Sumy, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Kherson, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Dnipro, Zhytomyr, Kyiv regions, and the city of Kyiv — staff members directly involved in emergency preparedness and response. 

Training emergency response specialists is crucial for enhancing the capacity of local branches to address the challenges faced by the Ukrainian Red Cross.
