The Novoselytsia city branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross has opened a new bicycle parking facility for medical college students

This bicycle parking project was one of three initiatives that received funding under the SPRINT youth development programme. The project was created by students from the Novoselytsia Professional Medical College during training sessions conducted by volunteers from the Novoselytsia city branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross. In other words, the students identified their college’s needs, created a project, and received funding for its implementation. This underscores how young people can drive community change by recognising their needs and finding solutions.

The college director, Iryna Plachinta, and the first deputy mayor, Serhii Arsenii, attended the official opening of the bicycle parking facility. The honoured guests expressed their gratitude for the comprehensive support of young people and for creating opportunities for them to reach their potential!
