Psychological first aid training for the Ukrainian Red Cross mobile health units was conducted in Lviv

Our mobile health unit representatives continue to enhance their skills and knowledge in providing psychological first aid. This week, another training session was conducted for the Lviv region team. People often turn to mobile health units not only for medical examinations but also for emotional support. As physical and mental health are interconnected, the ability to offer support and foster an atmosphere of safety and trust with a patient is crucial. 

Currently, there are seven units operating in the Lviv region, serving residents of the Bibrka, Sudova Vyshnia, Khodoriv, Medenychi, Strilky, Pidkamin, and Lopatyn territorial communities.
