The Ukrainian Red Cross is expanding its circle of social service recipients in the Rivne region

The team from the Rivne city branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross, in collaboration with representatives of apartment building co-owners associations, discusses providing assistance to lonely elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable populations. The heads of these associations are familiar with the residents of their buildings and understand who needs help and what kind of assistance is required. 

This cooperation aims to identify individuals who are most in need of support but, for various reasons, may not have sought help from the Ukrainian Red Cross on their own.
