Video: The Ukrainian Red Cross Implements Pilot Project “Reset: Expanding Employment Opportunities” Across Five Regions of Ukraine
At present, residents of the Cherkasy, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Ternopil, and Vinnytsia regions are eligible to participate. Internally displaced persons and vulnerable groups have the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge that will facilitate quicker job placement and elevate their status as sought-after candidates. Additionally, the project aims to determine a specified number of individuals to receive microgrants for either revitalizing lost businesses or initiating new ones.
Oksana Dodon, project coordinator at the Vinnytsia Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross, recently discussed the project’s stages, objectives, and implementation in the region during an interview with the Vinnychchyna TV channel.
The project is being carried out with the support of the Spanish Red Cross.
In addition to training and microgrants, residents from all over Ukraine can seek consultation by calling the Ukrainian Red Cross hotline at 0 800 332 656. During the call, individuals can develop a personalized job search strategy or obtain information about starting their own business.
