A salt therapy room, Respira, has opened in Novovolynsk
The initiative was implemented by the Novovolynsk city branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross as part of the second component of the REDpreneurUA Programme, which is specifically focused on developing social entrepreneurship within Ukrainian Red Cross branches.
“We understood that such a project would be beneficial for the city’s residents. That is why I submitted an application to the REDpreneurUA Programme. It is a team of professionals who can inspire, support and help turn an idea into reality. Spending time in this room has a positive effect on the immune system and on overall well-being. We hope that, thanks to it, our community will become more resilient and stronger — able to move more quickly towards recovery and reconstruction,” says Tetiana Shevchenko, Development Specialist at the Novovolynsk city branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross.
The salt therapy room is located on the premises of Primary Health Care Outpatient Clinic No. 4 in the city of Novovolynsk and will provide halotherapy services for everyone in need of health improvement and recovery.
The REDpreneurUA Programme is implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross in partnership with the Austrian Red Cross, with the support of the NACHBAR IN NOT Foundation and the Canadian Red Cross.
