Applications are now open for the first cohort of the REDpreneur Women programme, which supports women veterans through business development and social innovation in Ukraine
Who can apply?
Women veterans aged 18 and above who:
- have completed their military service (are not currently serving);
- have a business idea or wish to develop their own enterprise;
- are seeking professional growth and new opportunities.
What does REDpreneur Women offer?
Participants will gain access to a comprehensive development programme that includes:
- Business training — practical and accessible, delivered in partnership with the Ukrainian Future Business Incubator.
- Online workshops on entrepreneurship, finance, strategic planning and marketing.
- Mentoring support from experienced entrepreneurs and field experts.
- Inspirational sessions for motivation and encouragement.
- An online learning platform with up-to-date educational materials.
- Networking opportunities and a community where participants can find partners, build teams and receive peer support.
- Grant funding of EUR 7,000.
REDpreneur Women is not just a training programme — it is a safe learning environment and a supportive community.
The programme is implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross in partnership with the Austrian Red Cross, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Veterans Foundation, with support from the Austrian foundation NACHBAR IN NOT and the Austrian Development Agency. The training and mentoring components are delivered jointly with the Ukrainian Future Business Incubator under the international REDpreneur franchise.
