In Ternopil, a basic course in hairdressing organised by the Ukrainian Red Cross has been completed
The training was part of the “Reboot: Expanding Employment Opportunities” programme, implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross with the support of the Spanish Red Cross. Participants spent three months learning the fundamentals of hairdressing, acquiring new professional skills. They worked with professional tools and materials, and had the opportunity to practise haircuts and styling on models. This hands-on experience allowed them to gain not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills, helping them find employment in the beauty industry.
The course covered techniques for haircuts, creating styling and stylish looks, and developing an individual approach to working with clients. This training played an important role in preparing participants for employment.
