FIRST AID TRAINING
In a situation of socio-economic instability, an essential component of human security is training the population in first aid skills. URCS First Aid Training Programs are certified by the Global Reference Center of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, so the certificates issued as a result of the training are recognized in 192 countries worldwide.
RCS First Aid Training has three certified 6, 12 and 48-hour programs, consisting of separate modules and containing 60% of the time for practical training of first aid skills.
In 2021, URCS received a new international certification of programs based on the latest recommendations of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies on first aid and resuscitation, which consider the work of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR).
Every year about 30 thousand people attend first aid trainings (trainings, seminars and master classes).
Since 2016, URCS has actively worked on first aid training in settlements located along the demarcation line. Every year we organize trainings in 50 settlements for the local population.
Ukrainian Red Cross actively conducts training for children aged 5 and older and has its own methods and teaching materials.
We have our trademark.
