The Vinnytsia regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross participated in the forum ‘Resilience of One – Resilience of Millions!’

On 10 October 2024, approximately 100 participants gathered at the Kvadrat Youth Centre for the forum ‘Resilience of One – Resilience of Millions!’ Attendees included representatives from government, local self-government, educational, medical, and social institutions, as well as public and international organisations. The event was part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Programme “How Are You?” initiated by the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska.

Participants discussed the development of mental health services and shared their experiences and visions for the future. Particular emphasis was placed on cooperation within the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Programme “How Are You?” as the resilience of the nation begins with individual efforts—caring for oneself, loved ones, teams, environments, and communities.

The marketplace showcased the successes and best practices of international and local projects implemented in the Vinnytsia region, including USAID’s “Building a Resilient Public Health System,” the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Veteran Hub, Smile UA, Source of Hope Ukraine, Caritas Vinnytsia, and the Vinnytsia regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross, among others.
