For almost a year, the Ukrainian Red Cross has been helping residents of the Vinnytsia region prepare for better employment
The “Reboot: Expanding Employment Opportunities” project, supported by the Spanish Red Cross, is being implemented in the Vinnytsia region. So far, more than 50 individuals have participated and received funding to restore or start their own businesses. In the future, educational support will be provided to microgrant recipients, including training in micro-entrepreneurship for business development.
The project offers free training for people from vulnerable categories seeking employment in the following areas:
- Web design
- Internet marketing
- Micro-entrepreneurship
This training and retraining provide individuals with the opportunity to find jobs in their local area. The Ukrainian Red Cross supports participants from CV preparation to emotional assistance, helping them become sought-after candidates and secure employment.
