Training on the correct use of rehabilitation aids was held in the Volyn region

A training session was conducted for employees and volunteers of the Novovolynsk city and Volodymyr-Volynskyi district branches of the Ukrainian Red Cross, as well as rehabilitation specialists from the Volodymyr Territorial Medical Association.

Participants learned how to select and use various aids, including canes, arm and underarm crutches, walkers, rollators, wheelchairs, orthoses, and other support devices, as well as how to assist individuals using a wheelchair. This training is crucial for understanding the full range of rehabilitation services and for teaching people how to effectively use these devices.

These organisations also have the opportunity to provide rehabilitation equipment for rent, making these skills essential for their representatives.
