An Information Session for Volunteers of the Kirovohrad Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Held in the Youth Space in Kropyvnytskyi

Participants learned about training methodologies aimed at working with families of missing persons and victims of violence, training emergency services, and restoring family links. They also learned about support activities. 

The event was attended by Nadira Mirzalieva, Head of the Department for Cooperation with the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, Olha Podhoretska, a psychologist at the Odesa regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross, and Inês Carolina Brás Ribeiro, a delegate from the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Unit. 

Such information sessions are crucial for team development, fostering effective communication and helping with project implementation. They enable the team to meet evolving requests and needs better, ensuring effective support for those in need.
