Ukrainian Red Cross Reboot programme teams take part in an intensive workshop in Vinnytsia region
More than 40 members of the Ukrainian Red Cross Reboot programme teams, together with the microgrant support team from the Sumy region, took part in a three-day workshop focused on experience sharing and improving the programme’s work.
Participants from different regions worked with specialists from the National Committee’s Socio-Economic Recovery Unit to explore how to develop projects, prepare applications and plan budgets to mobilise more resources to support people in their communities.
The workshop also helped participants develop their skills in providing guidance to microgrant recipients and training participants, as well as in working with employers. Teams shared challenges they had encountered in their work and discussed possible ways to address them in the future.
The event gave programme representatives an opportunity to view their work from a different perspective, learn from their colleagues’ practices, and strengthen cooperation to improve the quality of the services they provide.
