The Ukrainian Red Cross provided a high-capacity generator to a kindergarten in Kyiv

The Ukrainian Red Cross has provided a 45 kW generator to a preschool in Kyiv. The kindergarten remains open during wartime, providing care and meals for children for 12 hours a day. The facility has four groups attended by 80 children aged 3 to 6.

The generator will provide a backup source of electricity during power outages and help ensure the uninterrupted operation of the facility, including lighting, heating, and the kitchen.

Supporting preschools helps create safe and appropriate conditions for children and maintain continuity in their daily lives, even during wartime.
