The renovation of the therapeutic department at a city hospital in Dnipro has been completed

The current renovation of the inpatient therapeutic department at Branch No. 2 of City Clinical Hospital No. 16 of the Dnipro City Council has been completed.

The 336 m² department has had its engineering networks, ventilation, air conditioning, heating, water supply, and electricity systems upgraded. Doors and window sills have also been replaced, interior finishing works have been completed, new flooring has been installed, and the premises have been equipped with the necessary furniture and equipment.

The renovated department will help create more comfortable conditions for patients and medical staff.

The renovation works were carried out by the Ukrainian Red Cross with the support of the Luxembourg Red Cross.

The initiative is implemented within the project “Strengthening of Urban Resilience in the Areas of Supply Infrastructure and Housing” (SUR), which is part of German transitional development assistance commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
