The Ukrainian Red Cross responded to another Russian attack in Zaporizhzhia
The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Zaporizhzhia region promptly arrived at the site of the strike and, together with first responders and other emergency services, provided assistance to people affected. Volunteers conducted door-to-door checks and assessed the surrounding area to identify people in need, provided first aid to those injured, and offered psychological first aid to people experiencing acute stress reactions following the attack.
The Zaporizhzhia regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross is currently providing humanitarian assistance at the site of the attack.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, six people were injured as a result of the attack, including a 15-year-old boy. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that the Russian drone attack caused a fire in apartments on the second, third and fourth floors of a residential building.
