From Excel formulas to social media branding: participants in the Reboot programme complete training in four digital skills areas
In Kyiv, more than 40 participants in the Ukrainian Red Cross Reboot programme have successfully completed short-term vocational training and received their certificates. The training was delivered at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
Over two months, participants developed practical skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, explored the role of a social media manager, and studied the fundamentals of human resources management and HR administration.
The Excel course focused on the practical use of spreadsheets and formulas, data analysis, and chart creation, enabling participants to apply their newly acquired skills in real-world situations from the outset.
The social media marketing course covered contemporary approaches to content creation, account management and branding, while also helping participants better understand their target audiences. Participants further strengthened their digital presence by designing new social media cover images and updating their own profiles during the course.
The knowledge and skills gained through the programme will help participants improve their employment prospects, advance their careers and develop their own projects.
The training was delivered with financial support from the Spanish Red Cross.
