From agricultural drones to 3D printing: New business initiatives in the Khmelnytskyi region to receive UAH 3.6 million in grant support

The selection process for microgrants under the Ukrainian Red Cross’s Reboot programme has concluded in the Khmelnytskyi region. The programme supports people in gaining new professional skills, starting their own businesses, and finding employment.

Out of 111 business ideas submitted, the selection committee selected 30 promising projects. The successful applicants will each receive a microgrant of UAH 120,000 to support the development of their businesses.

The grant funding will be disbursed in two stages:

  • Stage 1 – 50% of the microgrant amount;
  • Stage 2 – the remaining 50%, subject to confirmation that the first stage of the business plan has been successfully implemented.

The selected projects represent a wide range of sectors, including agriculture, food production, education, creative industries, and service-based businesses.

Alongside more traditional business ideas, several innovative initiatives for the region also received support, including snail farms, a 3D-printing project, and a custom furniture workshop specialising in epoxy resin designs.

As part of the programme, some participants completed a microentrepreneurship course and other specialised training programmes. The Reboot team supported them throughout every stage of the process — from developing their business ideas to presenting them to the selection committee — helping them refine their projects and confidently showcase their potential.нтувати.
