Applications remain open for grant funding of up to UAH 2 million for frontline communities
With U.S. support, the Ukrainian Red Cross continues accepting applications for the Group Cash Transfers for Strengthening the Resilience of Frontline Communities programme as part of the Assistance in National Crisis Response, Humanitarian Operations and Resilience Building (ANCHOR-UA) project.
Who can apply?
Local self-government bodies, municipal institutions, enterprises, and organisations from selected communities in the Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions.
Grant amounts range from UAH 500,000 to UAH 2 million.
What can the funds be used for?
- emergency repairs to critical infrastructure
- restoration of healthcare and educational facilities
- equipping temporary accommodation sites for internally displaced people
- backup power solutions
- preparedness for seasonal and emergency risks
- creating safer conditions for community residents
The programme aims to help communities respond more effectively to humanitarian challenges and strengthen their resilience during the war.
Applications are open until 14 June 2026 inclusive.
