Second National Forum on Humanitarian Architecture and Development of Civil Protection in Ukraine
The Second National Forum on Humanitarian Architecture and Development of Civil Protection in Ukraine took place in Kyiv.
During the event, participants discussed the development of the civil protection system — from legislative reforms to implementation at the community level — as well as the role of humanitarian assistance, emergency preparedness, and effective coordination among all stakeholders, including the Ukrainian Red Cross. Today, the organisation is part of the Unified State System of Civil Protection across all regions and contributes not only to emergency response but also to shaping approaches, coordination, and strengthening community capacity.
By uniting efforts, we are building a system capable not only of responding to challenges but also of ensuring the country’s resilience and recovery.
