Night attack on Odesa: Ukrainian Red Cross provides assistance at the scene

The emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross in the Odesa region assisted overnight at the scene of the strike. Together with emergency services, volunteers conducted door-to-door checks of damaged buildings and surrounding areas, provided first aid to six injured people, and helped evacuate one injured person to the hospital. They also provided psychological first aid to people experiencing acute stress reactions and supplied water to emergency responders on site.

The Ukrainian Red Cross is currently distributing humanitarian aid to those affected.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, two people were killed, and 14 were injured as a result of the overnight Russian attack on Odesa. Residential buildings and civilian infrastructure were hit.
