Kyiv: Ukrainian Red Cross team working at the site of the strike on the capital

During the night, the emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross National Committee, together with other emergency services, worked in one of the districts of the capital affected by the overnight strike. Volunteers carried out door-to-door visits to damaged residential buildings to promptly identify affected residents and provide the necessary assistance. Two people were killed as a result of the strike.

At present, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, four people, including a child, have been confirmed dead following the Russian attack. A further 48 people have been injured. Damage has been recorded in the Podilskyi, Obolonskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Desnianskyi districts.
