The Ukrainian Red Cross opens applications for microgrant support under the Reboot programme
From 16 March to 10 April 2026, applications are open for the Ukrainian Red Cross’s Reboot programme, now in its third year, which helps people across Ukraine restore sources of income, start their own businesses, or grow existing enterprises.
Participants in the programme can receive a microgrant of up to UAH 120,000 to implement their business idea. Funding is provided in two stages:
Stage 1 – 50% of the microgrant amount.
Stage 2 – the remaining 50% after confirmation that the first part of the business plan has been implemented.
To take part in the programme, applicants must complete an application form and prepare a financially justified concept for their planned activity. Selection is competitive, and support is awarded to the most viable and promising business plans.
Who can apply
The programme is open to working-age members of households (18–65 years old) who belong to one or more vulnerable groups, including:
- Internally displaced persons;
- Households affected by the war (including veterans and their families);
- Families caring for older persons (65+) or people with disabilities;
- Households with two or more children;
- Single parents or caregivers raising minor children;
- Unemployed persons, both registered and unregistered;
- Other categories as defined in the programme criteria.
How to apply
Applicants should contact their local Ukrainian Red Cross service centre, where they will receive the application form, a business plan template, and detailed guidance on participation requirements.
Specialists from regional Ukrainian Red Cross offices provide advice, accept applications, and support participants throughout the application process.
