In Kharkiv, the Ukrainian Red Cross team assisted people affected by another strike

The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Kharkiv region carried out door-to-door visits in a multi-storey residential building, with volunteers providing psychological first aid to those affected. Based on the identified needs, humanitarian assistance is being distributed to residents of the damaged building.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that a Russian UAV struck the balcony of a nine-storey residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv.

As a result of the attack, two people were injured, including one child.
