Ukrainian Red Cross Develops Modern IT Solutions in Partnership with EspoCRM

The Ukrainian Red Cross systematically uses digital solutions to manage cash assistance programmes, process and organise inquiries through its Info Centre, support aid recipients, optimise internal workflows, and ensure the protection of beneficiaries’ personal data.

Partnership with EspoCRM has significantly strengthened these processes. In particular, it has improved the efficiency of administering cash assistance programmes, accelerated internal operations, and further enhanced data protection and security.

In humanitarian work, speed of response is important, but so are the accuracy of information, the reliability of systems, and effective teamwork.
