Applications Open for Reboot Online Service – New 2026 Training Tracks

The Reboot: Expanding Employment Opportunities programme is now accepting applications for its updated professional training tracks through its online service.

This year, the programme expands educational opportunities and strengthens support for developing job-search skills. Special focus is placed on professions suitable for remote work, creating additional opportunities for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and vulnerable local populations.

The programme offers participants the chance to:

  • Complete professional online training
  • Receive guidance and support in job searching
  • Improve competitiveness in the labour market
  • Access a microgrant to develop or start their own business

Training is offered in the following fields:

  • Software Tester
  • Python Programmer
  • Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Frontend Developer
  • SMM Manager
  • UI/UX Designer
  • Data Analyst
  • HR / Recruiter

Language and digital courses:

  • English (A2–B1 level)
  • Digital Office Tools

Entrepreneurship:

  • Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship (with the possibility of receiving a microgrant to start a business)

Format: Online

Participation: Free of charge

Who can join:

  1. IDPs from the following regions: Kyiv (excluding Kyiv city), Zakarpattia, Volyn, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi, Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipro, and from government-controlled areas of Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Kherson regions
  2. Local residents of the above-mentioned regions who belong to vulnerable population groups
