Zhytomyr Region: Ukrainian Red Cross provides assistance at the site of the attack
Volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Zhytomyr region set up a support point, where they provided essential assistance throughout the day to those affected and to emergency responders involved in the response. The volunteers delivered first aid to people in need. Local residents were also able to drink hot tea, charge their devices, and warm up in the tent.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that, as a result of a Russian UAV attack on energy and transport infrastructure facilities in the region, an accident occurred on the railway tracks. Four employees of Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) were injured.
