The REDpreneur Women Programme — supporting women veterans through business development and social innovation in Ukraine — is now accepting applications

Women veterans aged 18 and over who are no longer serving in the armed forces and wish to develop their own business or launch a social enterprise are invited to apply.

The programme is implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross in partnership with the Austrian Red Cross, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Veterans Foundation, with the support of the Neighbour in Need Foundation (Austria) and the Austrian Development Agency. Training and mentoring are provided in partnership with the Ukrainian Future Business Incubator under the international REDpreneur franchise.

Programme participants will receive:

  • Business training combining theory and practical business skills;
  • Workshops to develop entrepreneurial skills;
  • Mentoring from experienced entrepreneurs and experts;
  • Inspirational sessions for motivation and encouragement;
  • Access to an online academy with modern educational resources;
  • Networking opportunities with like-minded peers and potential partners;
  • Grant funding of €7,000 to support the development or launch of their business.
