The event was organised with the support of the Representative Office of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War.   • transfer of criminal case files to the applicant’s place of residence;
  • creation of a personal case file/account;
  • obtaining extracts from service investigation reports;
  • mechanisms of social protection and the provision of one-time financial assistance.

Participants received explanations and relevant contact information to help them seek support in tracing their loved ones.
