This morning, in the Zaporizhzhia region, the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team worked alongside local emergency services to respond to the aftermath of the attack. Volunteers administered first aid to eight people with injuries of varying severity; two of them were handed over to emergency medical services for further treatment. Volunteers also provided psychological first aid to individuals experiencing acute stress.

Later today, the Ukrainian Red Cross team in Zaporizhzhia will distribute humanitarian aid to people affected by the attack.

According to the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, 27 people, including three children, were injured in the Russian attack. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that a rocket hit near a nine-storey residential building, causing a fire.

In the Kyiv region, the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team worked in coordination with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. Volunteers provided first aid to 11 people at the scene, and one person was transferred to ambulance staff.

Psychological support was also offered to the injured and their relatives.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that the attack caused fires and widespread damage in several parts of the region. A residential area in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka was badly damaged. The number of casualties is still being verified.
