In Uzhhorod, the Tracing Service of the Ukrainian Red Cross took part in the 8th All-Ukrainian Run, held to mark the Memorial Day of Fallen Soldiers

This annual initiative honours the memory of soldiers who lost their lives during the war in Ukraine. The event recently gathered around 700 participants, including relatives of the deceased and missing, military veterans, local officials, and concerned members of the public.

Specialists from the Tracing Service of the Zakarpattia regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross informed participants about their work to restore family links and the support provided to relatives of missing and deceased persons. They also shared step-by-step guidance for families on what to do if a loved one goes missing, and where to seek help in the search.

No one should face the pain of loss alone. The Ukrainian Red Cross continues to do everything possible to restore hope, provide support, and help families find the answers they need.
