Two-Day Training for Emergency Response Volunteers in Cherkasy
Volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Cherkasy region took part in a two-day training session held in Cherkasy.
Over the course of the training, 20 volunteers practised essential first aid skills — including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), bleeding control, casualty transport, and setting up a tent camp. The sessions placed particular emphasis on teamwork and safety during emergency response operations.
The training was organised with the support of the National Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region. Experienced instructors from the Mykolaiv region also took part, helping to strengthen the capacity of the Cherkasy team.
Such training enhances our ability to respond in a coordinated, professional, and effective way in any crisis situation.
