Representatives of the Ukrainian Red Cross held a meeting with members of the Australian Parliament

The Director General of the Ukrainian Red Cross, Maksym Dotsenko, and Deputy Director General, Illya Kletskovskyy, are currently on a working visit to Australia.

Today in Canberra, the delegation met with members of the Parliamentary Friends of Australian Red Cross, and the Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs, Matt Thistlethwaite. Discussions focused on the humanitarian situation in Ukraine, the challenges facing the Ukrainian Red Cross, and ways to further strengthen cooperation with Australian partners.

Such meetings play a vital role in fostering international support and enhancing humanitarian assistance for Ukrainians affected by the war.
