Training on Fleet Management at the Ukrainian Red Cross: Efficiency, Safety, Development
The training was organised in Odesa by the Logistics and Procurement Department of the Ukrainian Red Cross, with the support of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
The programme covered three key areas:
- Strategic and operational fleet management
- Road safety
- Defensive driving, delivered by specialists from TVOIA BEZPEKA LLC
- Participants gained not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills in safe driving under challenging conditions.
Attendees included heads and deputy heads of regional branches, logistics and procurement specialists, drivers, and technicians from the Odesa, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Cherkasy and Kherson regional branches of the Ukrainian Red Cross.
This training is more than just a course; it represents a practical step towards improving road safety, enhancing logistics efficiency, and ensuring high-quality transport management within the humanitarian work of the Ukrainian Red Cross.
