Another Massive Attack on Ukrainian Cities: Ukrainian Red Cross Response in Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv

Kharkiv has been hit by another large-scale attack. The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Kharkiv region, alongside other services, worked at the scene. Volunteers surveyed the surrounding areas and carried out door-to-door visits to damaged buildings, providing first aid and psychological first aid to those affected.
A Ukrainian Red Cross aid station remains open, offering assistance to victims, utility workers and emergency personnel. Support includes hot drinks such as tea and coffee, drinking water, and facilities to charge mobile devices. The needs of those affected are currently being assessed to deliver appropriate humanitarian aid.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Russian forces launched massive UAV strikes on Kharkiv for the second time in one day. So far, 33 people have been reported injured. Residential, administrative and warehouse buildings, trade facilities, and vehicles were damaged, with fires reported in some residential buildings and cars.

The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Zaporizhzhia region worked at the scene of the attack alongside other rescue services. Volunteers provided first aid to five victims and psychological first aid to ten more people. Three of those injured were taken to the hospital.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Russian forces launched a massive UAV attack on the city. Eight people were injured. The strike caused damage to residential buildings, a higher education institution, and several enterprises.
