The Reboot Programme: 1,049 Participants Have Already Found Employment

The Ukrainian Red Cross’s Reboot programme supports internally displaced persons and other vulnerable groups in achieving economic independence and stability. Working closely with our teams, participants take the necessary steps to prepare for employment in their place of residence.

The programme currently operates in 10 regions and also offers online services accessible to people across Ukraine, including:

• Career counselling
• Assistance with CV writing, interview preparation, and insight into the current labour market
• Courses in professional, digital, and language skills
• Psychosocial support to manage stress and build confidence
• Support with employer relations and internship placements

These activities are carried out with the support of international partners, including the Spanish Red Cross, the Danish Red Cross, and the Swiss Red Cross.
