On the night of 20 June, the Ukrainian Red Cross provided assistance following the latest attacks on Kharkiv and Odesa

The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Odesa region promptly arrived at the scene of the attack. Volunteers, together with first responders, evacuated a victim from a damaged house. First aid was provided to eight people with injuries of varying severity, while ten others received psychological first aid.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 14 people were injured in the massive Russian drone attack, including three emergency workers. The attack caused fires, which were extinguished by firefighters.
- Kharkiv
The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Kharkiv region responded to the attacks alongside other rescue services. Volunteers conducted door-to-door visits in damaged buildings and surrounding areas to identify victims, providing both first aid and psychological first aid.
A Ukrainian Red Cross aid station is currently operating at the site to offer mental health support to victims. Residents of the damaged buildings, as well as emergency workers, can access drinking water, tea or coffee, and charge their mobile devices. Humanitarian aid is being distributed in the form of emergency and hygiene kits, as well as plastic sheeting for windows and tarpaulins, based on assessed needs.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the nighttime Russian drone attack on Kharkiv struck the Shevchenkivskyi and Osnovianskyi districts, causing fires in residential and non-residential buildings. Four people were injured, including two girls aged 12 and 17.
