Yesterday in Kyiv, the Ukrainian Red Cross team provided essential assistance at the site of the missile strike
During the rescue operations, the Ukrainian Red Cross set up an aid station where people could charge their mobile devices and receive first aid or psychological first aid. Volunteers from the National Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team also provided food for the victims of the attack and for representatives of the emergency services involved in the rescue operation. Volunteers from the Pecherskyi and Holosiivskyi district branches of the Ukrainian Red Cross in Kyiv also joined the response.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, one person was killed, and ten others were injured in yesterday’s missile attack on Kyiv. A university building, an office building, a residential building, and ten cars were damaged.
