Participants of the Ukrainian Red Cross “Reboot: Expanding Employment Opportunities” programme visited enterprises in the Vinnytsia region

Choosing a career is an important decision, and one of the most effective ways to make this choice is by visiting a potential workplace. This format helps both employers and potential employees gain a better understanding of each other.

As part of the “Reboot: Expanding Employment Opportunities” programme, implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross with the support of the Spanish Red Cross, participants took part in excursions to leading enterprises in the Vinnytsia region. They visited the Green Cool Company and the Roshen Confectionery Factory, where they learned about the working conditions and activities of the companies and had the opportunity to ask questions about potential cooperation.

“Workplace visits are an investment in developing labour potential. They help to find qualified employees and enhance the company’s prestige,” commented the head of logistics at the Green Cool Company. He also noted that such visits are often the first step in selecting future employees.
