Іn the centre of Kyiv, on Mykhailivska Square, the “Humanity in Action” photo exhibition dedicated to World Humanitarian Day was opened

The exhibition’s purpose is to honour the humanity and devotion of those who work daily to save others and to pay tribute to the memory of colleagues who have died while providing vital support. The photographs capture the work of humanitarian organisations and reveal the sincere emotions behind their efforts.

According to the UN, approximately 15 million people in Ukraine need humanitarian aid. Thousands of employees and volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross and other humanitarian organisations provide crucial assistance and services daily despite significant risks.

The exhibition features more than 30 photographs, including 3 dedicated to the work of the Ukrainian Red Cross team. It will be on display from 18 to 25 August.
