The team from the Krasnohrad district branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross organised a series of activities for children at a camp

The team from the Krasnohrad district branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross comprised staff and volunteers specialising in mental health and psychosocial support, healthy lifestyle promotion, and first aid. Over five days, they conducted a series of events for the “Zerniatko” children’s camp, organised by the family-type orphanage run by Oleksandr and Halyna Shkrebetiv.

The team held:

• 6 creative events where children could use their imagination and express their emotions;
• 5 active games that improved health and teamwork skills;
• 4 first aid workshops, where children learned crucial skills that could save lives in emergency situations.

The joy on the children’s faces was the best reward for the volunteers!
