Psychosocial support activities are conducted in the Ivano-Frankivsk region
In these challenging times for our country, it is crucial to prioritise mental health and support children, who may struggle more than adults, adapting to new conditions and coping with excessive stress reactions. To address this, Ukrainian Red Cross teams are creating safe spaces where people can express their emotions and participate in psychosocial support activities designed to teach them how to manage stress and assist others in doing the same.
For example, volunteers from the Ivano-Frankivsk regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross regularly organise events in child-friendly safe spaces. Through games and creative activities, children can relax, share their experiences, connect with peers, and, most importantly, receive support and understanding.
We stand by those in need.
